Just bought our tickets for the Biltmore. This is going to blow your minds. Truthfully. Dad, bring your reading glasses b/c there is about 12 hours worth of plaques to read. 250 rooms in this house. I got the guided tour for everyone too. I know it seems dorky to wear the headphones the whole time, but we’ve done it before and I wouldn’t go without it. So much info. This will probably take a large part of one day. It is 90 minutes long for the audio alone, plus there is so much more to do there. Winery tour, garden tours, etc. We can decide how we want to spend the day when we get to the cabin, but tickets to tour the house are for Tues Aug 7th.
Just booked a flight home for the Weekend before the 4th.
I get in Friday at 9:35PM.
Mom- Do you think it’s possible to get a ride to the airport at like 6am on Monday? hah. The flight was super cheap I couldn’t resist.
If not I can look into a bus or cab or something, or just change my flight to sunday night (it’s southwest so no extra fees).
