Okay so you’re goin’ down 108 towards Harlansburg, and you make that bend before the crossing of 19 that takes you between the rock walls, and you’re enjoying the scenery and all and the engine seizes and the back wheel locks and the bike starts sliding and all, and you fall and you say well this isn’t so bad, the roads are wet which makes this much like a water slide, and this coat seems to be doing a surprisingly great job, and then you wonder where the bike is, and on the next roll you see it’s following you and you say well I better kick at it or something so it doesn’t catch up, but it doesn’t, and you say all right, everything’s fine, and you slide on down the hill and you see that some cars are watching, and they stop and you stop and you get up and say to them no thanks, no I’m fine and yes I’m sure, but they get out anyways and you say no no I’m fine and yes yes I’m sure, then they leave and you look at the long scratch mark in the road and see your mirror up at the top of the hill and you think well people will be asking so you start walking and counting and when you stop at the mirror and its 37 seconds. You pick up your mirror and stick it in the rocks and you walk back down to the bike, and then you look at your thumb and it’s moving a little funny but it’s just swollen, and you look at the bike and it’s all right, and then the guy who built the engine says I’ll replace everything, and you say I hate those mirrors.
So you get new mirrors.
