Not only did Corey win the hot dog eating contest (Scores: Mia-2, Joel-5, Jared-6, Austin-6, Corey-7), but Corey and Joe dominated at Kan Jam…… My dad and I tied them! But we lost the tiebreaker. Devastating defeat. 🙁

I know, 4th of July is first, but I’ve BEEN excited about that for months…
You are going to live in two different consecutive Stanley Cup champion cities. I don’t know how many people can say they have done that.
So the fourth is quickly approaching, and i don’t know about everybody else, but i’m getting super excited. I was thinking, we usually go to Ohio for fireworks, but…i’m currently alot of states away, and what if other states have bigger, badder fireworks? I mean, two inch mortars are cool, but how much cooler would three inch be? I have been working alot, and don’t have much time to spend on the net, and i know some of y’all are better at researching things than i am, so any help with this would be appreciated. Lets make The Cat’s first 4th one to remember. I can’t wait to see that little guy with a roman candle in his hand.
Also, why am i having such a hard time posting pics on here? Tried to put one up i took of the shuttle launch, but kept getting error messages. Give me a hand, computer dudes.

So I am starting a business again involving silkscreening. Haha, I know. I go through this phase so often, I might as well finally do it. I am just going to list some things on etsy.com (it is like ebay for handmade crafty stuff). I have this idea for baby crib sheets that I think will sell pretty well- mainly because baby stuff always sells. People love to spend money on the little buggers. Anyway, I need some help coming up with ideas. The product is going to be a plain crib sheet with a think bubble on it (above where the baby’s head will be laying). I am trying to come up with some sayings to put in it. I might make some with a talk bubble too, but not sure.

I was think more along the lines of “Tonight, I think I will try to wake up every hour” or something less offensive.
Plus, a question mainly for those brothers of you who have seen everything there is to see on the internet. I will obviously need to buy sheets in bulk, but don’t really know where to start there. Or, has anyone seen this idea already in existence?
This morning, Uncle Raymond died. He was in the hospital for a few days before; not sure what happened. He was in his 90’s though. If anyone wants to send a sympathy card to Ronny and Patty Cook (since Aunt Mary is in the nursing home), their address is 1308 Laurel Place, 16101.

I thought I’d let you all know about a few things going on; some you might be interested in and some you might not. Jerry’s father passed away in his sleep on Wednesday. Gram and I are going to the funeral Saturday morning. He’s had Alzheimer’s for a couple of years now. My Aunt Lois had a massive heart attack a couple of weeks ago. Since she signed a living will, they aren’t doing anything, so she is literally days away from dying. I remember lots of fun sleepovers on her farm when I was little. Cyndi had her trial this past week – remember when she fell and broke her leg at McDonald’s? Well, the jury did not rule in her favor, so that turned out to be another thing to make her sad.
That’s all I got!! Hey, wasn’t it great the weekend when Felix came? I love it when you are all together – hope you all had fun.
