This was the first one a few weeks ago. What a face melting solo I played.

I wouldn’t have any idea who this band was if it weren’t for your 8-track collection. Savoy Brown’s “Lookin’ In” was my favorite tape out of all the ones that were in our basement, and I still listen to them a lot today.
Here’s a playlist I put together sometime last year: http://grooveshark.com/#!/playlist/Savoy+Brown/60906447
Anyways, they just released a new album and are playing 3 shows across the US to promote it. One of them happens to be 2 hours away in Jim Thorpe, PA on Saturday, February 18th, and I am definitely going. What do you think?

Hersheypark for my birthday
I went skiing
I went skiing for the first time ever on Saturday. Scott and I went spring mountain, a place only about 20 minutes from his house in Phoenixville. I had a blast, and I am left wondering why I waited so long to try.
After about 20 minutes of slow speed falls, I was good to go. Good, until I followed Scott off the side of the half pipe. What he did you could call a “drop in.” I wasn’t so lucky. He got his, though, and took one of the jumps too fast before we left. I was surprised by the amount of jumps and grind rails throughout the trails. Jared, you would love this place.
My motorcycle blog
hey aaron, here is the site i run about my motorcycle: vee-strom.com/blog
it’s neat; a bunch of guys around the world that have the same bike have subscribed to receive the updates via email. this week, a rider in costa rica sent me some pictures that i may publish.
My new hockey helmet is awesome
…but it’s about time to add a face shield. Santa got me a new helmet, but I have been playing with no shield since the one on my old helmet does not fit. I even tried a shield that one of my teammates has an extra with no luck.
Well, last night I paid the price for taking my time finding one.

A wedding picture
I was organizing some photos for email this morning. Here’s one of them. Ryan, Tim and I are posing with Laura Moyer about an hour before she became Mrs. Travis Smith in downtown Harrisburg, PA. She’s a chef. He’s a butcher. Thanksgiving at their place was fantastic.
So, yesterday (9-19-09) Aj and I went to the Pittsburgh zoo. We came back to the truck and I looked at my camera. 104 pictures. Just the zoo. Good thing we got a new memory card!
After about a half-hour of drastically reducing the files on my PhotoBucket, I created a new album called “Zoo 9 19 09” (since you can’t use dashes >:[ ). But anyways, I did delete some of the pics with bad quality or whatever.
Here is the album, there are pictures and videos:
The password is still salzano….. Yes, I know, the site lags when you scroll, but it’s worth it 🙂
PS: PhotoBucket is so slow at uploading that I had time to get a shower, change clothes, and blow dry my hair. I got in at 10% and when I got back it was at 71%.
