Heading North again May 1-5. Joel has to work, so Felix and I will be flying solo. This kid is accumulating airline miles like you would not believe. 🙂 Now we just have to get him a passport.

We just took a test last night, and it was positive. Joel and I talked about how long to wait before telling everyone (especially considering everything we went through last time). But I said, “Screw it. I’m telling everybody! We all need a little joy.”
So it’s super early and all, but we need all the smiles we can get. Love you guys!
Just bought our tickets for the Biltmore. This is going to blow your minds. Truthfully. Dad, bring your reading glasses b/c there is about 12 hours worth of plaques to read. 250 rooms in this house. I got the guided tour for everyone too. I know it seems dorky to wear the headphones the whole time, but we’ve done it before and I wouldn’t go without it. So much info. This will probably take a large part of one day. It is 90 minutes long for the audio alone, plus there is so much more to do there. Winery tour, garden tours, etc. We can decide how we want to spend the day when we get to the cabin, but tickets to tour the house are for Tues Aug 7th.
Just kidding, look at what I found. It starts on the first kick but is only firing on one cylinder. I pulled the carbs around noon today and found a hole in one of the rubber vacuum diaphragms. There is a new one of those on the way thanks to eBay. This is a 76 CJ360T, the last year before Honda went to disc brakes in the front.
I got the whole week off.

I switched from Verizon Wireless to Virgin Mobile, which runs on Sprint’s network. My monthly bill is less 20 some dollars, and I have a fancy new android phone, too. My favorite app so far is a police scanner.
