DWF: Red potatoes to go
Scott O brought a huge surprise to the Firefly festival a few weeks ago. Joe and I were making fun of him for baking potatoes for a music festival, but we ate them so quickly the joke was on us.
These are red potatoes boiled for 10 minutes or “just before you can get a fork through them.” Then, drain, roll in olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Wrap in foil and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Let them cool, slice in half, refrigerate, and serve cold out of a cooler. I made them for our trip to Ocean City Maryland this weekend, and I’m sure Joe will let me know how they compare to Scott’s.

The venue turned out to be a great place for a show. A downpour found us halfway through the first set, so every time Jared and I see Phish together it rains so far.
