Where are you finding music to play? You should start doing remakes of popular songs and you-tubing it. Ex: some Beyonce, Maroon 5, etc. Is it the same to play as a guitar?

Its a good idea, turning some crap from mtv into something awesome, but it will be a while before I can play anything. And its not the same as a guitar at all. There are 20 strings on a sitar, but there is one which you play 90% of the time. Not that the instrument is impossible to manage, but there is a lot to be understood. I do have that book, and the internet, but basically, I need to find a teacher. Ive heard of Skype classes…
