I made my first meatloaf tonight. It was a gluten free selection. My friend Jordan and I hang out Mondays, and he has the gluten intolerance as well. We make easy dinner recipes, and we call it dudes with foods. Kylee hasn’t been home to try this one, yet.

Was it good? I guess the only gluten usually is from breadcrumbs so it probably tasted pretty normal. Joel would not be down. I have to put an entire bag of stuffing in ours. Also I notice no ketchup. Does ketchup have gluten?
Yes, I liked it, but there are so many things you can do with meatloaf that this was definitely amateur. Not all ketchups are gluten free, so that’s probably why the recipe avoided it.
